In light of the harrowing Hollie Greig case it has become clear that the Scottish elite have many more skeletons in the closet and many more stories worth an investigation. A system that thinks nothing of raping a down’s syndrome girl and covering it up are bound to have a long track record of corruption, and it’s starting to unravel thanks to the effort of independent researchers and activists.

An often used but scarcely followed term is “be the change you want to see in the world”. Duncan Simms of WeAreChange Norwich is trying to be that change, and immediately following the revelations of the Hollie case decided to go in to the belly of the beast with support from WideShut.

Although the BBC flatly refused to even talk about the Hollie case, a whole new situation has come to light. This is the story of Liz Docherty, who has been a victim of the Scottish establishment since childhood.

According to Liz and her paperwork, she is the daughter of unelected “life peer” Baroness Smith, whose husband was John Smith, the former Labour Party leader. She was abandoned by Smith as a child so she could pursue her political goals at that time without burden. Instead of ensuring a safe and legal adoption, Smith went to great lengths to make her child Liz disappear from the record books and to give her the toughest life possible. Her adoption papers were fraudulent and she was delivered directly in to the hands of a pedophile under the protection of the Scottish state. Her original identity has all but vanished.

[One giveaway about the cooked adoption is that the paperwork claims her mother appeared in court on boxing day in the 60s, but of course courts weren't open on Boxing Day during that era. In fact it would be tough to find anything that was open.]

After a life of abuse it became apparent to Liz that she’d been part of a dirty deal and she began to gather evidence about her adoption and the various injustices she had suffered. Under UK law it is perfectly legal to trace your original parents if you have been adopted. Adoption records are always kept, which note who the original parents are. Knowing that hers were fraudulent, after further digging Liz eventually discovered that she was really the daughter of Baroness Smith and began pressuring the system….It must be noted that at no point has Smith or the establishment denied her claims, they’ve simply tried to silence her from causing a public outcry.

In fact she went to meet her mother and at no point was she denied on the grounds that she was lying. The police informed Baroness Smith that Liz was going to attempt a reunion, but they never physically tried to prevent her or remove her. If the police knew it was going to take place and she wasn’t really Smith’s daughter, you’d think they’d try and stop the crazy person from entering her home. But no, the two came face to face and as explained in the videos below, Liz knew just by looking at her that she was her mother. According to Liz a certain MP displayed fear and disappointment that the meeting took place, presumably because it adds mounting evidence to Liz’s accusations and the massive web of abuse being exposed surrounding the Scottish elite. Remember, events like the Dunblane massacre have a hundred year D-Notice because it presumably reveals establishment connections.

Liz also got in touch with the rest of the family. Baroness Smith went on to have several children.

She asked her uncle John about her mother’s marriage and went to obtain the marriage certificate, which again is legal for adopted children to obtain. The family told her that Smith ran away to get married, but she manged to obtain the certificate and the witness to the marriage was one of the people telling her that they didn’t know where it took place. All parties are and were working together to throw her off the trail of evidence building, but she now has everything safely documented.

“Do you know who your mother is?!” is apparently a common phrase used by her real family. It seems yes she does! And is looking for answers.

The important part of this story is not that she was abandoned by her mother, it’s that with such a powerful mother, she was still fraudulently handed to a pedophile and has been hounded by the state her whole life. She has been kept on and off the streets for the past 10 years. She has three national insurance numbers and a only one copy of a false birth certificate, which shows the lengths at which the fraud goes. Her mother could easily fix all of this, but it seems she and the corrupt establishment were the ones instigating it and then desperately trying to cover it up.

Everything just seems to go wrong for Liz, she is stone walled, hassled, mismanaged to the point that she’s never been able to settle down in a home with a family. 5 of her children have been stolen by the state under the guise that she is an unfit parent. Having looked at the work of Brian Gerrish and the horrific Hollie Greig case, and Liz’s own story of abuse, it’s scary to think what might have happened to those children.

On one occasion she was speaking to a Judge Brass about the whole situation (she’s spoken to 4 o 5 over the years). He asked her “what do you want us to do?” She simply asked to be housed with her family. This has never taken place. In fact it appears that the establishment have even tried to murder her.

In the late 80s Liz was working in a restaurant and living in a caravan, gradually building a life for herself and her husband Hugh. One day an argument broke out with a police officer. It is unsure what the quarrel entailed; it couldn’t have been about anything significant because nobody was arrested for any initial crime, but Liz was charged with breach of the peace and fined $60.

Putting the fine to the back of her mind she moved back to Glasgow where Hugh was staying, but shortly after her arrival she was arrested for non payment of the fine and allegedly not paying a TV license (despite not having a fixed abode) and sentenced to 7 days in jail. Ordinarily you don’t go to jail for failure to pay a fine because usually the cost of sending and housing you in jail is more than the fine at hand. There was an agenda.

Liz was somebody in financial difficulty, with no real fixed address and not even a regular means of contact. She had no representation. It is normal process to negotiate fines and arrange lower amounts or payment plans if it’s difficult to make payment. Instead she was sent right to prison.

The attempt on her life occurred in jail when she was lined up with the drug addicts and instructed to take Methadone, a Heroin substitute used by the authorities for profit and to supposedly ween people off the real substance. Fortunately she snuck the drug to the lady behind her and was eventually released. It seems the plan was to get her hooked on drugs, ruin her life and keep her out of Baroness Smiths’ business. Who would believe a drug addict?

Over the years Liz has written to countless MPs and authorities asking for regular state assistance and help with her case that involves abuse, child stealing, harassment and the initial fraud. Nobody has done a thing.

Like Hollie Greig she has an overwhelming amount of documentation and presented it all during a 6 hour interview with the Sun newspaper. But like Hollie’s dealings with the BBC, after initially being interested the investigation was blocked from the top and it never saw the light of day…until now!

Interestingly Baroness Smith has previously been on the board of the Press Complaints Commission.
