In an update to our article More Corruption From Grampian Police: The David Emslie Case – David has gotten in tough about finally obtaining a copy of the warrant allegedly used to arrest him at his cousin’s house:
IMG083 Is a copy of the Warrant the Police used to raid my Cousins home where I was staying because I was very unwell, this is where they arrested me, then held me in custody for four days, this was where they had an ARMED RESPONSE UNIT. It has taken me almost two years to get this Warrant, but you see they have not got the one for my flat, even though I have been requesting a copy of over a year.
As you will see it states INFORMATION RECEIVED, WHAT INFORMATION, THEY STATED THEY HAD WITNESSES AND STATEMENTS, WHERE ARE THEY, WHY WOULD THEY NOT BRING THIS CASE TO COURT, AND THE ALLEGED WITNESSES, THEY HAD NO WITNESSES, NO STSTEMENTS, JUST A CORRUPT POLICE FORCE DOING WHAT IT ALWAYS DOES BEING CORRUPT.
