No symbol is ingrained in human consciousness as much as the Pyramid. Whether it’s the pyramidal-hierarchy system that controls the world today, the controversial symbol of the Illuminati found on the dollar bill and in corporate logos the world over, or the awe-inspiring megalithic structures of the ancient civilizations; the pyramid and all of its mystery remains a fundamental part of humanity’s quest on earth.
We’ve all heard of the Great Pyramid of Giza, the Myan and Mexican Pyramids, and some of the smaller carvings dotted around Europe, but not many people have heard of the Bosnian Pyramid…until now.
Bosnian Pyramids
the Bosnian Pyramid is located in the town of Visoko, Bosnia, and is quite possibly the largest pyramid in history – reaching 2300 feet high, around 1/3 bigger than the Pyramid of Giza! And peaks in to a flat surface without a capstone.

Because of its similar shape to the Pyramid of the Sun in Teotihuacan, Mexico, it has been dubbed the “Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun” (‘Bosanska Piramida Sunca’). However it is deceptively still called Visocica Hill by naysayers.
On this magnificent site stand four more ancient structures (collectively called the Bosnian Pyramids), the Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon (‘Bosanska Piramida Mjeseca’), Bosnian Pyramid of the Dragon (‘Bosanska Piramida Zmaja’), Bosnian Pyramid of the Love (‘Bosanska Piramida Ljubavi’) and Temple of the Earth, (‘Hram Zemlje’)…There is also the ruins of a Medieval walled town attached to the megalith and remains of a paved entrance way and underground tunnel systems!
According to our correspondent Richard Hoyle, who is part of this Summer’s excavation team, “the Bosnian pyramids are 30,000 years old, which predates any known human civillisation”.
Leading the first excavation of the site was Semir “Sam” Osmanagic, a Bosnian American archaeologist, who has spent the last 15 years studying the pyramids of Latin America. He says “We have already dug out stone blocks which I believe are covering the pyramid,”.
Richard Hoyle explains. “They are already saying the blocks the pyramid is made from is a concrete like material – something the conspiracy world has been saying for years about the Egyptian pyramids. This discovery will wake a lot of people up.”
The general public have not been well informed about the Bosnian Pyramids, in fact many do not even known about their existence. The official line is that they do not exist and that it is simply a land-mass or hill, but those on the ground doing the work see this as typical establishment obfuscation by those already invested in the current story of history.
“The same forces keeping this discovery under wraps is the same force manipulating everything else in the media,” said Richard.
“Thing is, once the soil is fully removed, there will be no denying it exists… a whole 1/3 bigger taller than the great pyramid of giza.” He concluded.
And what’s more exciting is WideShut.co.uk has been granted direct access to photos, video and hopefully interviews when Richard and the team begin full excavation this summer.
“What is great is that this time, the scientific team leading the work isn’t interested in protecting a dying paradigm…I ask myself, why are they scared of this discovery? absolutely amazing , i think that there are people on this planet who have deliberately kept the truth from us , hence the manipulation of the new testament and the removal of books from the bible . it would explain why the vatican has over 50 miles of books in a private library with armed guards denied to the public . it would explain the great flood of Noah and why all of the under water civilisations that we are denied access to . it may also explain why we are fighting wars in the middle east , are we looking for something ?? did we come from mars ? was Lucifer from mars and came to earth and corrupted earth with the fallen angels ? perhaps earth was a prison planet . were there giants 1000s of years ago living on the planet ? as the good book suggests . lots of unanswered questions , but if my theories are true and the bible and other historical documents are correct , then the end times are here again . this is a cycle we have gone through for 1000s if not millions of years , and we are warned of it . these pyramids etc could be statements telling us yet the people who always knew the truth denied the truth to the people to keep power over us .

This quote disappointed me and practically made me literally facepalm, because it made me realize that you guys aren’t going to be serious/realistic about this excavation:

30,000 years? Really? Did you just make that number up off the top of your head, Richard? Because it sure sounds like it, and it really makes this whole thing a lot less appealing.
Seriously, the Bosnian Pyramid is very interesting, and I don’t doubt the corrupt scientific community is hiding much about it. However, you shouldn’t use that as a way to forward the absurd idea that a pyramid is beyond the scope of humanity’s constructive capability, as if we need alien intervention to make giant buildings of all things. Why would aliens even bother to do that? Christ, use your heads.
This doesn’t have to be an alien issue, nobody said that…but many people contest the dating of the pyramids.

I think this discovery is fantastic and to search further into the hidden origins of these pyramids is important in understanding our own human history.

I think its amazing that simply using existing satellite images can yield prizes so quickly. you guys should check out goole earth anomolies. someone found a flattopped pyramid in a remote part of egypt. evidance that the middle pyramid at giza may have been finished much later. About 1/3 of the way up the stones drastically change in size. the middle pyramid was a flattopped platform. Go Sam , your discoveries are the first trickles of a raging waterfall in archeology. I think i found the city Aztlan in the yucatan. If you guys have a chance look at googlemaps. Go to Tullum, mexico, on the east coast of the yucatan. there are two roads leading south out of town, one along the coast, the other southwest into the interior. a few miles directly west of tullum and about one mile north of the highway is LAGO LA UNION. focus as far as you can and the structuring on the lake bottom is pretty obvious. none of the local diveshops or hotels mention it. the city is thousand of feet across and may extend into the soil around the lake. If you look a few hundred feet south there is a tiny pond 100 to 150 ft across. the underside of it is also covered, which leads me to believe the ruins connect. aztlan is the mythical city the mexica fled from before ending up in tenochtitlan, the heart of the aztec empire. ive found alot more most of which apppears to be untouched. i hope i get word to the right people. im thinking about heading down and renting an ROV. i hope Sam sees this, he d know more about what i found than me. Im sure this is all a hoax, its not being allowed to be excavated because theres no pyramid there. However, people will still come to see it , whereas if its discovered to be a hoax no one will go. As always in life – follow the money, tourism = cash.
Its been years now and still no major excavation , ive seen some objects supposedly found at the site and they look like modern primative reproductions not real artifacts.
The archaeological community isnt trying to hide facts from people , they just suffer from a closed professional dogma thats hard to break. It takes overwheming evidence to uproot any established hypothesis.
I am shocked! Yes, SHOCKED! The Media in the USA has not done a program on this discovery, which appears to be one that will force a re-write of history. The only explanation I can come up with is the Leftist dominated ruling class of the West feels threatened by the truth of the Bosnian pyramids in the same way they feel threatened by the truth of free minds and free markets.

the importante fact is that time will tell the truth, i am bosnian study architecture in australia and in my opinion there is sumething hiding under these hills, what it really is time will tell, this is a open project to all of the people around the world, what we can do is become part of it, or wait and see to be provided with more evidence. it is not about supporting bosnia, is about knowledge and understanding what happened in our world, and it can bring joy to many people in exploring this project and put their mind to sumething that many of us will enjoy
Wow… just dig… stopping an excavation is just wrong. They’ll either find a pyramid or some other more modern artifacts… But stopping the dig because it might prove somebody incorrect is crazy.

I am not a scientist. I am a mom and housewife. I am a free thinking individual and believe that ANY rational individual can see that there is something very real there in Bosnia and I believe that it should be shared with the world. From all the internet research I have done, the evidence cannot be denied. Is it true that the Bosnian government is not allowing excavation? That would be insane if true. But if it is true, it has to be a pay off. This discovery could have major implications. It may sound nutty but the Vatican is very powerful and as we all know all governments are run by money hungry and power hungry tiny minds whos onl comcerns are staying in power, conmtrolling the people and keeping the money flowing to their bank accounts. Egypt would no longer get the tens of BILLIONS in tourism. They would be old news. The religions of the world and the elite in power have an interest to keep this contained. It’s about controlling the masses with lies and false propoganda. I say, let the truth be known. There is so much out there that our little minds can not even imagine. You do not have to be a physocist or achaeologist or any kind of scientist to have some rationality and understanding of life. You go Semir and NEVER GIVE UP. I predict that in my lifetime, there will be many more discoveries that the government controlled media of the world and the organized religions of the world will not be able to minimize the greatness of or coverup all together. Wow! Bosnian pyramids, who would of thought that an ancient culture could have even thought of the pyramid shape, let alone constructed something of this magnitude. I think this pyramid was a natural hill in a pyramid shape and an ancient people sculpted it out of the hill over generations of their kind. Or they knew how to make concrete out of the natural stone available and built it up that way. Or you could just take the easy route and say extraterrestrials built or helped build this pyramid and their landing pad is the flat spot next to it. On another note these great stone spheres that were discovered near and around the pyramid look like to me as nothing more than ammo for some kind of enormous catapult built for defense from rival peoples, that could explain why some were found in river beds. Whatever this site is i feel that an extraordinary artifact still lies in wait in the heart of the pyramid of the sun, but could be overlooked because of the conglomerate type rock within. Thank you for putting this information on the web so the world can know about these pyramids. I’ve been to these sites several times and there’s certainly something there. Not enough has been uncovered yet to say those are pyramids but basically they have uncovered a series of terraces and tunnels which might or might not be part of actual pyramids. In any case, it is definitely man made.

Can´t believe but true, if new pyramids had been found in an unexpected Europe Country far away from Mexico or Egypt, the story must be rewrite again. I heard that secret passages are in the pyramids, It´´s a thrill what could be founded there..new evidences of unknow ancient civilization or giants in the past?
Regarding Jason Butler’s post – city beneath LAGO LA UNION. I googled it and the location can be pasted to the search bar in google – looks like an city laid out to face 30 degrees east of true north. Rooms or buidlings measure between 5 metres and 100metres long in square or rectangular shapes. Any ideas if this could be natural formations?
The coordinates can be pasted in google earth – will take you directly there and then just zoom in. Looks very interesting to me…. 20°13’9.65″N, 87°31’49.52″W

RIchard Hoyle may be full of crap with big numbers and just may be infiltrator to confuse and get people away, as there are many pathetic agents on the case, but to run and hide from the idea that we arent alone in cosmos and to give humans so much credit about something they cant even understand with all of technology is childish. I believe there is something beneath the mountain, just like teotihuacan. Beside Egypt and America, we found Europe probably had pyramid too. And then i asked, did pyramid also exist in my country?
I’m from Indonesia also had this issue. Recently, local private team had declared that they found a mountain that actually a pyramid, Lalakon Pyramid they name it. They can reach this conclusion from many factors. Few that i remember that because the peoples around the mountain cannot dug a well, because they hit a hard surface beneath, the team said that was the pyramid platform. The mountain shape also very strange, its really had a pyramid shape when first time i saw it. Actually they had dug the mountain for few meters and they found block of rocks, same like the bosnian’s. They said that the pyramid height is about 300 meters, so it is higher than Giza. The ancestor deliberately hide the pyramids with unknown reason they said. This news had spread to local media, but the local scientist rejects this findings because there are no scientific proves. Fyi, the team actually use ‘spiritual’ approach to find the pyramids. And then after they have the coordinate, they use science and geological approach to prove it. Probably this is why the local scientist rejects their claim. However, If this Lalakon Pyramid is really exist, i wonder why so many structure with similar shape spread around the world? did they built by the same people? how come? The feasibility of the answers make me excited!
There has been little reported about this discovery because nothing has actually been discovered yet! Come on, how long does it take to find a giant pyramid underneath a bit of soil? If it’s there then prove it. If it isn’t, then stop talking about it and, more to the point, stop ripping off tourists. We’re not talking about finding a needle in a haystack here…if the biggest pyramid on earth is just sitting there right before our eyes then it should be pretty easy to find/prove.
Read the conclusions of the famous geologist Robert Schoch. He visited every site in Bosnia and found no evidence of any man made structures whatsoever. As far as I am aware, he has no political axe to grind. In fact, it would no doubt be in his interests as an expert in geology and archaeology (see his conclusions re dating of the Sphinx) if this WAS proved to be a pyramid. He would be able to write a few more papers on it and earn lots of money. Why would he lie?
Regardless, with any “discovery” of this magnitude and significance, the onus is on the excavation team to prove it is genuine. The onus is not on the wider scientific community to disprove it. So far, nobody has managed to prove anything, based on what I have researched. Why is that?
I sincerely hope that this “find” is genuine. I firmly believe that there is an ancient intelligent human (not alien) civilisation – or several- that is/are lost to history and that the evidence is out there waiting to be found, possibly underwater. However, people here are jumping to wild conclusions based on nothing it seems. Unless you are a trained geologist then it is pointless saying things like “I’m an amateur but it’s obviously man made”. How is it obvious? Trained geologists are saying it is obviously a natural rock formation….I know who I’d believe and it ain’t the self-confessed amateurs going on about aliens and the like!
The pyramids exist in exactly the way their discoverer said they did.
Of course, Wikipedia continues to tell the lie that the pyramids are “natural hills” . . .

I know about these pyramids, they are as old as the earliest civilizations on earth. They were created in the hayday of the first european civilization. the Pyramid was made by the descendants of illyrians, and albanians. It has not yet been excavated because the bosnian government would not establish the albanians as the oldest civilization to ever exist. These pyramids are one of many artifacts that has been concealed by the balkan slavic emigrant nations, during the 20th century.
Most of you are missing the mark and just touching the truth..Firstly, the bible is an accurate document The first humans were highly intelligent using 100% of their brain power. This is 6000 years ago..forget the millions you hear all the time. There is absolutely no evidence suporting this, Even in the Cambrian fossil layer said to be millions of years old, man made artefacts and human bones are found and even a mile long stone wall eight feet high !. The Bosnain pyramids are just another fine example of man made structures using highly advanced skills, as always..anything that challenges the evolutionary theory of man is swept under the carpet. we were created perfect, we are not evolving..we are actually regressing or de evolving.These pyramids probably also harness the earths natural vibration (seismic ) and was probably converted to a usable energy the same as or similar to “vril ” Vril was almost common knowledge thousands of years ago. When these pyaramids are explored further, I will not be surprised if there haas been quartz dense granite used in the interir construction as quartz is a source of power and conducting energy. Those few souls that disembarked fronm the arc, carried with them engineering skills and knowledge that we can only dream about.
